PLEASE NOTE, for the Regional Rounds:

ยท "For a player who comes to the United States on or after the player is 12 years of age, the player must request and receive an International Clearance form from the USSF." International clearances are required for State, Regional and National rounds of play. Please begin those now as they can take up to 31 days to process and players cannot play without them.

There will be no exceptions as all forms need to be processed by USSF prior to the first match. Failure to send information on time will jeopardize your team's participation.

  • In order for a player to be considered "registered" on a team and therefore eligible to play in a match, the player data and payment must both have been received by the MDCVSA five (5) days prior to the match.
