The Metropolitan DC-Virginia Soccer Association, Inc. is the state-level organization for affiliated adult soccer in Virginia and the District of Columbia. The MDCVSA is a member of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) and the United States Soccer Federation, Inc. (USSF), which is affiliated with FIFA. Affiliated teams have insurance coverage for league play and when they play in other affiliated competitions anywhere in the United States. We seek a commercial off the shelf (COTS) software solution, although custom solutions will be evaluated as well. Specifications for the online system are provided, as well as the proposal requirements, in the RFQ link below. This bid is open to all prospective bidders and will be evaluated by the MDCVSA Executive Council.
