Executive Officer Nominations

For Executive Officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Social Media and Marketing Coordinator and Secretary), Council members in good standing may make
nominations.

Nominations for candidates for the Executive Office must be made in writing at least fifteen days in advance of the AGM  using the nomination link below:

The names of the candidates will be included in the meeting agenda and distributed to the general council.
 
Elections are held for positions as follows:
President and Treasurer are elected on even numbered years.
Vice President, Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, and Secretary are elected on odd numbered years.
